Statewide Oil proudly supported the Ronald McDonald House Charities South East Queensland (RMHC SEQ) during the annual Charity Golf Day 2024, organised by Lowes Petroleum Service. The event was a great success, bringing together 144 golfers to support kids and families in need. This year, the Charity Golf Day 2024 raised an impressive $70,000 for RMHC SEQ and $2,500 for each of the local recipients, culminating in a record-breaking total of $75,000. The day featured a competitive round of golf followed by a gala dinner and auction.
Statewide Oil Contribution
As a major sponsor, Statewide Oil contributed to the event and generously donated items for auction, which helped maximise fundraising efforts. Our team comprised VIC, TAS, NSW, ACT General Manager Guy Crawford, Sales & Technical Manager Anthony Schiavello, NSW Business Manager John Petruzzelli. The fourth member of our golf team was Lowes Petroleum’s Lubricants Business Manager James Riley.

Impact on Local Families
The Ronald McDonald House Charity South East QLD (RMHC SEQ) essential support to families during some of their most challenging times. The funds raised during the Charity Golf Day will help ensure that families caring for ill or injured children attending treating hospitals in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast have access to accommodation and support services.
In addition to supporting RMHC SEQ, the organisers made local donations to Goondiwindi Medi Trans and the PCYC Goondiwindi. Both organisations play vital roles in supporting our elderly community with specialist appointments and teaching our young community safe driving practices and road safety.
